Who We Are

Managed by Shawn McNamara, we are a forward-looking information technology boutique firm with a broad industry and technology background specializing in complex technology implementations, Agile Scrum Program Management and transformations from waterfall, senior executive business analysis, executive liaison with IT, and vendor management to improve: business process productivity and cooperation, process and product speed-to-market, actionable and timely business intelligence delivery, and technology/program governance. Over 20 years of progressive management experience applying technology solutions to achieve business goals.

Mission

Our mission for 2023-2024 is to assist organizations with their technology program management objectives with a focus on painlessly migrating waterfall project management frameworks (team members) to an Agile (Scrum) framework. With an extensive skill set, aVendiCo has the flexibility and necessary experience to get things done with full consideration and respect of the clients’ project experience, audit/compliance requirements, training constraints, legacy organizational structures, and future product roadmaps.
